Installation Maxis Fibre

YOU SHOULD TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING BEFORE THE MAXIS FIBRE INSTALLATION:
  1. Maxis will schedule an appointment for the installation after the registration is done.
  2. A technical team will go to your premise at the agreed time and date to carry out the installation.
  3. You are required to provide 3 power outlet (either power point or multiple gang extension) at your preferred location to place the Residential Gateway, Optical Network Terminal and Dect Phone.
  4. The assigned installation team will call you at least 24 hours before the appointment date for confirmation. You will be informed not more than 3 hours prior to the agreed appointment should it need to be re-scheduled due to unforeseen circumstances.
  5. You should inform Maxis at least 3 days in advance in case of cancellation or installation appointment re-scheduling. Maxis reserves the right to charge for the late cancellation or re-scheduling request.
  6. You will be provided with 15 metres of fibre optic cable free of charge. The cost of any additional length will be paid by you.
  7. Any request from you that is classified as non-standard installation will have to be discussed with teh installer and agreed upon on the charges.
  8. A small opening through the wall may be required for the fibre optic cable to enter your premise. The hole will be cleaned and concealed for aesthetic purpose.
